Create Your First Organization
Overview
Everything in CloudAIPilot, cloud accounts, servers, sites, team members, billing, lives inside an Organization. Organizations are isolated from each other: data, servers, and credentials in one organization are never visible to another.
Your first organization is created automatically
When you sign up, CloudAIPilot automatically creates your first organization named "[Your Name]'s Projects". You do not need to do anything extra, you land directly on the dashboard inside this organization.
To rename it, go to Settings → Organization → Profile and update the organization name.
Creating additional organizations
You can create more organizations at any time, useful if you manage separate clients, projects, or billing accounts that must remain fully isolated.
- Click the Organization name at the top-left of the sidebar to open the switcher.
- Click Create New Organization.
- Enter an Organization name and click Create.
The new organization is empty, no servers, no cloud accounts, no team members from your other organizations carry over.
Switching between organizations
Click the organization name in the top-left of the sidebar at any time. A dropdown lists all organizations you belong to. Selecting one switches the entire dashboard to that organization's context.
Data isolation: A server provisioned in Organization A cannot be seen, accessed, or managed from Organization B. They are completely separate environments with separate billing.
