How This Knowledge Base Is Organised
The CloudAIPilot Knowledge Base is organised into sections that correspond to major areas of the product. Each section focuses on a specific part of the platform, from connecting cloud accounts and provisioning servers to using the AI Pilot and managing team access.
Below is a quick map of all sections, followed by recommended reading paths for common use cases.

- KB-02: Provision or import servers for each client project.
- KB-03: Create client sites with custom domains and SSL certificates.
- KB-05: Set up automated backup schedules for client data.
- KB-14: Use Agency Mode to manage client organisations and set up white-label branding.
Path 2: Developer
You are deploying web apps or containerised services and want automation for deployments and monitoring.
- KB-04: Set up Docker or Git-based app deployments with automatic webhook deploys.
- KB-03: Configure domains, SSL, and environment variables for your sites.
- KB-07: Use AI Pilot to diagnose failed builds, check logs, and run routine tasks.

Path 3: Organisation Manager
You oversee team access and want visibility into costs and operations across multiple cloud accounts.
- KB-09: Invite team members and assign roles (Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer).
- KB-08: Connect billing data for FinOps cost visibility and anomaly detection.
- KB-06: Configure alert rules and notification routing so the right people are notified.

Using AI Pilot While You Work
The AI Pilot (available in Ask, Plan, and Agent modes) can help you navigate CloudAIPilot and take actions directly. If you get stuck, open the AI chat in the dashboard and describe what you are trying to do. The AI Pilot can look up your servers, check logs, and suggest next steps — or take action with your approval.
